RECIPES

We have created some super simple recipes that are easy to create in a mindful way.

Mindful eating is more than just a technique; it’s a way of honoring your body’s needs, embracing each bite, and cultivating a deeper awareness of your nourishment, satisfaction and how certain foods make you feel.

By bringing mindfulness into your eating habits, you can enjoy better digestion, a more positive relationship with creating meals that work for your life style, and a profound sense of wellbeing.

Cooking can be a form of meditation - in a world of so much choice, it's good to keep things simple, but also spend some time each week or at the weekend to get creative.

So have fun and nourish your body and all your senses with LOVE and KINDNESS.

All seasons roasted sweet potato salad

with Herbs for Harmony

I was inspired by a lovely little cafe that I visit called Nest.

I loved the roasted seasonal vegetables they used, but they now specialise in lovely cakes and coffees, so I have to
make my own and thought I would share this recipe with you too.

dahl.JPG

Dahl is a soul-warming Indian dish and the name comes from the Sanskrit word 'to split', as split lentils are used in the dish.

It is a lovely dish to share with others and there are many variations, but this is a simple recipe that you can adapt using your own herb and spice combinations.
